NH Banking Department Annual Report: Tutorial Video Available
Annual Report Details:
Sales Finance Companies and Retail Sellers must provide Annual Reports. Annual Reports must be completed on or before March 31st of each year concerning the operations of the preceding year and then uploaded to NMLS. Surrendering the licensee does not relieve the licensee of this responsibility. Copies of the forms are available here.

Retail Sellers must start completing the Annual Reports for the 2025 Annual Report year, which will be due March 31, 2026.
