Retail automotive businesses employ over 14,000 people in NH and represent 24% of the state’s retail sales. As you may already know, Governor Sununu declared automotive sales and service as essential because they keep the roadways safe and maintain the vehicles of essential workers, including the medical professionals and first responders on the front lines. COVID-Safe Service and Inspection Stations
At the request of both elected officials and citizens, we have built a live listing of NHADA members who provide both contactless service and/or inspections and are offering pickup and drop off. View List Here
A few examples of how businesses have adapted include Service-From-Home programs that pick up a customer’s vehicle from their home and return it fully sanitized.
Others have implemented Drop-and-Go programs where customers leave their vehicle in the parking lot and the car undergoes pre and post service sanitization. No in-person contact and no entering a building.
