Nashua Community College's New 50-Credit Collision Repair Tech Program

Nashua Community College (NCC) is excited to announce the launch of a new 50-credit Collision Repair Technician Certificate Program beginning in Fall 2025. Designed to prepare students for in-demand careers in the automotive repair industry, this program offers comprehensive, hands-on training that reflects real-world shop conditions and industry standards.

PARTNER SPOTLIGHT

Students will gain practical experience in areas such as:

  • Sheet metal repair and bolted panel removal/replacement

  • Welding and structural repair techniques

  • Surface preparation, spray gun use, and paint finish application

  • Electrical theory and application

  • Suspension, brake, and HVAC operation and service

  • Cost estimation and damage assessment

Collision Repair classes will run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering full-day immersion in a professional shop environment. The fall semester begins on August 25, 2025.

Prospective students are encouraged to explore NCC’s state-of-the-art automotive facility during the upcoming Open House on Monday, August 18 from 5:00–7:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to tour the campus, meet the expert faculty and staff, and get any questions answered in person.
