This summer NADA will release an updated version of its Driven Guide entitled A Dealer Guide to Federal Advertising Requirements, and it will conduct an advertising webinar following the guide’s release.

NADA also is actively engaging with the FTC to provide information to support a Frequently Asked Questions document that the agency intends to issue later this year to provide additional information related to its advertising warning letters.
