The New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association (NHADA) hosted College & Career Day at Nashua Community College, bringing students, educators, and industry professionals together to explore careers in New Hampshire’s automotive industry.
Nearly 700 students were invited through 16 school and career and technical education groups across the state. They had opportunities to meet people working in the industry, learn about education and training pathways, and see the technology used in modern vehicle service.

A Cadillac team traveled from Warren, Michigan, to demonstrate augmented reality diagnostics using a HoloLens headset. The demonstration gave students a look at how technicians can use emerging tools to diagnose and service vehicles.
“When students see the technology and meet the people doing this work, they can begin to picture themselves in the industry,” said Dan Bennett, President of NHADA. “College and Career Day gives them a chance to ask questions, hear how others got started, and see the different paths available to them.”
