New England Kenworth Opens Newly Renovated Facility in Caribou, Maine

New England Kenworth recently completed an extensive renovation of an existing building located in Caribou, Maine, and it opened its doors to the public on October 10, 2022.

Co-President and NHADA Board Member, MaryBeth Alosa says, ‘we’ve essentially got a brand new facility in an area where we can serve the trucking industry with much-needed truck parts and service.

Alosa goes on to say the building is just shy of 10,000 square feet and is equipped with an area large enough to work on 7 trucks. Additionally, she adds, this ‘new’ facility has all state-of-the-art technology including radiant floor heat, a waste oil furnace, and software technology to diagnose truck codes. 

The parts display and storage areas occupy about half of the building and the dealership plans to keep approximately $750,000.00 in parts inventory on site. Co-President Denise Alosa states “We are very excited to be able to bring authorized Kenworth parts and service this far north to service Aroostook County, and with the location right on Route 1, the main artery headed towards Canada, our decision to open in Caribou was an easy one.

New England Kenworth – Caribou is a substantial improvement from the dealer’s former parts and service location in Limestone, Maine which did not have the visibility this new facility has. The new facility significantly expands parts and service access for fleet customers and operators headed to or from northernmost Maine.
