Merchants Fleets' Alicia Hart Receives Outstanding Women NHBR Award

Congratulations to Alicia Hart, VP Human Resources of NHADA member Merchants Fleet, who is among six women receiving the 2021 Outstanding Women in Business Award from the NH Business Review.

According to NHBR, “the Award celebrates women who have truly excelled, not only in their professional lives but also as leaders and role models in their communities. Alicia-HartWhile many of these women come from different industries and walks of life, they share several traits — a strong sense of self, a success-driven work ethic and the extraordinary accomplishments to show for it. Their commitment, vision and talents make them true leaders in their chosen fields.”

Merchants Fleet outlines that Alicia is focused on providing an award-winning, great place to work for the 400+ employees who work at Merchants Fleet. She has spearheaded new initiatives to include extensive employee onboarding, wellness initiatives, and performance management.
