Coming this Spring: Virtual Benefits Administrator

The Insurance Division is busy learning about their new VBAGateway Total Enrollment Solution systemThis new software system will allow our Insurance Division to better serve you and your employees.

The main goal of this implementation is to streamline the process for you. The VBAGateway tool will help do this by:

  • Simplifying the interface and user experience
  • Providing seamless integration between members, HR and administrators
  • Incorporating customization features to best suit your needs

The software is cloud-based which helps eliminate security risks. The NHADA Insurance team will be able to accept group changes in real time and groups would be able to submit enrollment electronically via their own secured portal.

Member Features:

  • Members will be able to efficiently manage all aspects of enrollment. 
  • Members will be able to enroll, edit, and terminate employee coverage. 
  • Members will be able to review monthly invoices
  • All benefit information and insurance documents will be on the portal. 

Employee Features:

  • At open enrollment, the Member can have employees view and compare their benefit options.
  • Employees can enroll in their new benefits; the Group would be notified of changes.
  • Employees will be able to easily submit changes, such as address, beneficiary, etc.
