Setting up New Accounts with Our Occupational Health Partners and Why it's Necessary

Having top notch occupational health providers on hand for all your employee health and occupational medicine needs is very important to your business. NHADA members are lucky to have some amazing occupational health providers as partners.

NHADA – WCT members are required to abide by the pre-placement drug testing policy. Our occupational health providers are there to assist with this process with great hours and availability and rapid results. The key to this seamless process is having an account set up with them. This process is quick and easy and ensures our partners are there for us without delay. Account set up is not a contract or of any cost; it merely ensures the basic demographic information is there for them to schedule, test or treat, share results, and bill accordingly without error. The process can be done over the phone. When you call in to one of our partners you should always mention you are part of NHADA. You are also encouraged to let them know if you have an urgent need for any services so the process can be expedited to meet your needs.

If you have already been sending your new employees and injured workers to these facilities you are probably all set; but a quick call would ensure they have all that they need. If you have never used them before, the call is crucial to avoid any delay with scheduling.

Here is the process to set up an account with our partners Convenient MD and Bedford Occupational and Acute Care:
