Course Overview

This is a three-part leadership series designed for optimal results when attending all three sessions consecutively. Each session will progressively build upon the previous one, offering participants a comprehensive learning experience.

Research conducted over the past three years by the ProActive™ Leadership Group reveals that middle managers, upon promotion to leadership roles, often find themselves ill-prepared to effectively navigate their new responsibilities. Furthermore, when presented with opportunities for advancement to senior leadership positions within their organizations, they tend to lack the necessary preparation, most often in the areas of soft skills, leading to a failure to realize both their personal potential and the growth objectives of their departments.

In response to these challenges, we are delighted to introduce the Emerging Leaders Business Forum™. This forum aims to address these issues and facilitate a reversal of the trend.

This forum's agenda will focus on five key components:

3. Using Authority and Power wisely
4. Using the Job Scorecard to “coach up”.
5. Engaging peer-to-peer discussions to tackle the most pertinent issues currently facing leaders today.
