Lauren is joining the team as our new Customer Service Specialist, providing NHADA members with answers to any questions they may have on our high-quality health insurance and ancillary benefits. She has taken over for our previous Customer Service Specialist, Maggie DeToro, who recently made the move to North Carolina.
Lauren comes to us from her past roles as a dental treatment coordinator and administrative assistant at a CPA firm. She is currently enrolled at Western Governors University for a bachelor’s degree in finance. She resides in Concord, NH, and in her time away from work she enjoys crocheting and playing PC games.
