Zoom Webinar
Webinar

ABOUT THIS TRAINING

People are promoted because they’re good at their jobs. Being in a leadership position is a very different job, for which most are not trained. This presentation dispels myths associated with effective leadership and provides common sense approaches. Participants will be encouraged to assess and re-think commonly held beliefs about effective leadership and will leave with immediately applicable skills that they can incorporate into their management and supervisory styles.  Time will be allotted for how best to share potential changes with employees and colleagues. Attendees will also learn what works and what doesn't and will be offered ways to enhance communication and increase motivation.  They will be encouraged to accept what makes sense, throw out what doesn’t, and put on the shelf what they want to take down some day. It promises to be a transforming experience.

All attendees will be mailed a hard copy of: The Duh! Book of Management and Supervision: Dispelling Common Leadership Myths upon completion of the webinar.
