Communication Conflict is not inherently negative and is rarely about the issue. Rather, it’s about how it’s handled.
This session looks at the dynamics of conflict and miscommunication and suggests a creative resolution process that acknowledges emotional and power issues, encourages the sharing of individual points of view, and works cooperatively toward developing and implementing solutions.
