OVERVIEW: In the wake of the assault claims against Harvey Weinstein, the “Me Too” campaign, and the
growing number of high-profile claims against television hosts, actors, politicians and executives, now is the time for all employers to review their work environment and company policies to ensure that the company maintains and implements effective measures to prevent and, when necessary, respond to claims of unlawful harassment in the workplace.
