NHADA Workers' Compensation Trust

Claims

The NHADA Workers' Compensation Trust (WCT) Claims Department provides WCT members with the highest level of service and professionalism when handling work-related injuries. We are a resource of all levels and feel communication is the most effective way to reduce liabilities.

When you have an injury, call Nurse Case Manager Marta Silakka, who will assist you in treatment options through our managed care program. Then complete the Employer's First Report of Injury or Occupational Disease (8WC) form and fax it to us at 603-224-8126. Please click on workers' compensation forms for additional information and required forms.

All employers are responsible for providing Temporary Alternative Duty (TAD) for all employees injured on the job. If you have an injured worker who has been released on light duty or with restrictions, call NHADA Rehabilitation Specialist Bernie Hecht. He will be happy to assist you in setting up and managing any light duty return-to-work claims.

In addition to our in-house investigations, managed care and TAD programs, we also try to reduce claim costs by utilizing the Second Injury Fund through the NH Department of Labor.

The WCT staff are all licensed adjusters who have years of experience and can answer your questions regarding workers' compensation. We encourage you to contact us!
